As part of a motion design challenge for 7 Network, I was tasked with creating a promo package for a featured TV series. The goal was to develop dynamic, engaging motion graphics that align with the network’s branding while enhancing the visual storytelling of the show.

Concept & Approach
I developed a bold, cinematic motion graphics style to amplify the promo’s energy while staying true to 7 Network’s branding. This included dynamic title treatments and typography to reinforce the show’s identity, seamlessly integrated lower thirds and on-screen graphics, and smooth, high-energy transitions to enhance pacing. Every element was designed to align with 7 Network’s colour, typography, and motion principles, ensuring a cohesive and engaging final product.












Process & Execution
Using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, I developed a motion graphics package for a fast-paced promo. I started with storyboarding and style frames, then refined typography, motion, and transitions to ensure a polished, broadcast-ready animation that aligned with 7 Network’s branding.
Conclusion
This project was a great opportunity to apply motion design in a broadcast setting, balancing storytelling, branding, and dynamic visuals. It reinforced the importance of seamless integration, strong typography, and high-energy pacing in TV promos. The challenge pushed me to refine my motion execution and design thinking, further fueling my passion for broadcast and entertainment branding.
